I had expected more debate, but the thread died. So it goes.

Hashi would be a rogue. Angus would be a warrior, or maybe a DK. Warrior because they use rage as a resource, but the creation of a death knight could be analogous to being welded.

In the Pathfinder class/alignment system:

Hashi would be a Rogue, Chaotic Neutral

Nick would be a Rogue, Chaotic Neutral, veering towards Chaotic Evil

Angus is a Barbarian, Chaotic Evil

Warden Dios is an Inquisitor, Lawful Neutral

Holt Fasner is an undetermined class, but definitely Lawful Evil

Min Donner is a Paladin, Lawful Good

I wholeheartedly concur. My namesake changes his motivations and desired outcomes based on a combination of whim and circumstances depending upon the input of new information.

Unless he chooses not to, that is.
