ooh. Great thread.

1. I'm secretly indifferent to death.
2. Reality needs to replace religion. Genocide may be required.
3. I always type 'I' before 'E' and then correct it at least 3 times.
4. Marijuana and prostitution should be legal.
5. I lie to my wife by telling her I enjoy every meal she makes for me.
6. I love earthquakes, hurricanes, and arctic cold, but hate volcanos.
7. GAP offended me.
8. 2008 was caused by the utter defeat of the 60's.

The Reality Tests in The Loresraat

and the thread that is referenced in that one...

Is Reality Real? in The Close

Both are older threads that have lied dormant for awhile. I bet several of those who took part in them wouldn't mind seeing them kick started again though...

Merci Menolly. Looks like some heavy reading but no doubt I'll have an opinion when I'm done.

I do have something I want to confess, though....

I live in fear that the world is going to come to an end 12-21-12.

If the world ends in 2012, we will never get to read The Last Dark.

I have horrible insecurity issues.

I always type up a bunch of crap in replies to threads here on KW, but I always end up deleting everything and don't post 90% of the time because I live in crippling fear of everyone hating me.

I do that now and again. But I've figured out that no matter how well I edit my posts, people still hate me. So I occasionally just have to shift my thinking to enjoying babbling with the ones who do actually seem to like me. But they rarely respond anymore. They probably hate me now too.

Thanks, Jaz...now I'm depressed.

I hate you.
(Just kidding....post more, dammit! I like your posts....and yours too Kaydene!)

Poor girls. The last time I edited a post was 2001 (on another forum, too; not even KW). You should be ashamed. Please private-message me for instructions on shame-removal.

Yeah, I think I've just had six or seven versions of the same post up in another topic, most of them wildly differing in tone and content.

And of course I get paranoid that maybe someone read the first version and never sees the edits, heh.

I do that too but it's mostly on emails - then I just go Ugh and don't send :) Although it's not because I'm insecure, it's because I generally just don't care enough sometimes to respond to something when I figure I know what the repsonse will be and it won't have added anything to my life (of course I always reply to Av's emails because they're full of KW doom and gloom)

Bottom line - be happy if people feel strongly enough about you to hate you - at least it's better than indifference
