Ugh!!

Perth? That's a fair way. I'll have to have a think. The timing is ok though, cos my gf is staying at her parents for new year so I'm doing nothing.

I'll speak with my brother and we might both come over.

I'll give a tentative yes, at the moment.

(this post has taken about 20 minutes to write as i've been ummming and ahhhing)

edit: Ok, so the stars must have been aliigned in some weird formation or something because I spoke with my bro and he seems keen and I can't think of a reason not to go so...I'm gonna have a look at ticket prices and see what I can afford. I'll keep ya'll informed.

Also, how would you guys feel about meeting my brother? He's not a Watcher but he likes a lot of the stuff I like.

(did you here about that poor bloke who was attacked by a shark in WA the other day?)

I can imagine doing this. In the words of Douglas Adams, it would be not quite totally unlike tea.

No offence, but why Perth, when the majority of us live on the other side of the country? I'll have to wait until we have one in the east. But have fun guys! :D

But wait - there's more...

THIS is only a spur of the moment one, mainly because Lore said he was coming to WA. I am STILL going to Melbourne in April 2007 (16-21 to be exact) with our concert tour, so we could still tee up! I'll need to confirm our rehearsal schedules and we'll work around that, but if you can make it to Melbourne, Seareach & Marv, we can do a catch-up mini-Elohimfest there (ditto you Vain - Melbourne is doable for a Kiwi, right? ;) ) Only hassle is, everyone has to sort out their own accommodation that way. My place was a free crash-pad!

That was always the initial Aus-Elohimfest meeting point (based on my KNOWN necessity to travel to Melbourne with WASO chorus) - Lore just threw a spanner in the works by saying he was coming to Perth!

So we may end having the MAIN Ausfest in Melbourne & the mini-fest in Perth...

Well, I only need a few weeks notice and then I'll come up to Melbourne for the day or overnight depending on when we're meeting? Marvin lives in Melbourne now I think soooo that's three of us at least. The more the merrier! :P

Yeah, come on Vain! Would love to meet ya!

How about Trapper? Canberra to Melbourne's only about a 40 minute flight! On Virgin Blue you'd do it for next to nothing!
