What were wrong with my other posts? Did you knot like the poem for which this topic is named? Did you not like my story of my father's cycle? Did you not like The Echo Caves? Is it because I said I was influenced by you on the last post? I am not here for easy outs on gristle-good wishes, I'm here to become a writer and an imaginator.

Finally a post you enjoyed? I say bish bosh to your non-enjoyment :) You have responded more to my posts than anyone else combined. Do you wish to instigate bad feelings or do you truly have a post response addiction or, do you feel passive aggressive ill will towards me for some unfortunate reason?

Sir, the poem I just put fourth was to narrow a crimson good wish of reasoning behind the reasons you believe I, am impeding your trod forward on this site?
Sgt. Null wrote: one ring to bind, one bottom feeder to disrupt,
what do I disrupt was my reasoning behind the poem and the soul influence i derived. I have created my own topics and have put forth the greatest of my imaginings on those pages alone. I have spoken on other pages but with the utmost care in not wandering from early good wishes a few prodding details.

All along these past 2 years I have felt you lingering ready to respond and now I find that it is my previous post that finds you in agreement?

Kind sir, please be more clear and concise in your language. I cannot help but be offended now when the purpose driven responses I felt I was receiving seem now to be either abstract attacks or veiled bitterness.

Personally I am shocked. I have enjoyed most of your posts with the exception of mocking my appeal to the earnest amateur philosopher for the make of of the candid man.

Truly I feel a pain and a mottled mucus rising in my anxious future.

Ananda, I may need your support in this questioning :) I hope this post finds you well.

i was not mocking you in the apex of man thread. but rather the idea behind it. in Charles Nelson Reilly we find the juxtaposition of man as serious thinker and man as instinctual Clown...

so I was being serious in my admiration of the man. add his sexual orientation and he becomes the perfect straw-man.

when i proposed that you finally posted something i liked, that was me being facetious. because you mentioned me i was sure everyone would get the joke.

my problem with you has always been that you were utter chaos in an aggressive manner.

and the unknown quantity of your real identity. i guessed at who you were, and the personage i assumed you; assures me he is contra-wise.

so if you are serious about becoming part of the family, i will begrudgingly let bygones drift. i have grown fond of these people, this community.

a lot of folks here viewed me as i view you. i matured, (i was dennisrwood - had to burn that effigy...) and was accepted. i hope that if you desire, it works out the same way for you.

i don't mind a bit of a spark, but burning down the forest is never a good idea.

as to the post count issue - it is that sort of knowing that makes me wonder who you really are. it is an old issue (other people's issue i assure you) that has long been buried in an unmarked grave somewhere along the empty texas highway system.

it seems (to me at the very) that you are abrasive even when seeming to offer the branch. i hope it isn't a club.

Mod Edit: Hi sgt.null, hi bottomfeeder. I just had a fantastic idea. I'm still moderator here and this place, having so much meaning to me, must also be the most peaceful forum. Or at least in the top tier. That said; I want you guys to cooperate creatively. I want you both to co-write a poem. BottomFeeder will PM you the first half of the poem, null, and then you will write the 2nd half. Then you will send it to me and I will do the third half and someone else will post it as a presentation.

I want peace between all of you.

That sounds fun. All my favourite creative people in one poem!
Monsters, they eat
Your kind of meat
And they're moving as far as they can
And as fast as they can

Should I pout at this?
"All my favourite creative
People in one poem!"

No. I look forward
To collaboration of
BBF and Sarge

Big canvas suits them
Little creations I make
Are best done alone
Yes, I am an alt

Wouldn't issuing this suggestion to BBF and Null also make LF sort of a logical opposite to King Canute?
Focus on where you are going and why.

Mod edit: I said I'd still mod the Hall of Gifts. These are within that realm of mod duties. It's only posting if I post on my account. I just want to get this co-written-poem project off the ground. :D

Dread Poet Jethro,
Worry not, such is the nature
Of all compliments

If people tried to say
Just absolute truth in them
They'd turn out funny

Like saying someone
Has eyes like the sky, naming
That color's web code

Nullers, I think you are meant to post it to LF and then he writes the third 'half' and then someone else presents it. It truly is a community work in the spirit of ... stuffies.
