As mod of this forum, I have conducted the requested recount...and the count came out exactly Null.

My eyes are bleeding from the thought of the sight of the sound of the scent of the thought of Nullo modding me if I happen to take up cartoons or comic books as a hobby. I mean, I don't actually read those things and so don't plan on posting there, but it is keeping me up nights the thought that, if I am forced to learn those things, I will then feel compelled to post about them. I'm scared of Nullo. Have you seen the tooth sharpener he uses? It is made of rusty diamonds and was taken from a space shark as an implement of sasquatch based dentistry. eek.

Not anymore! I just peed myself and not in the good way. This is the scariest film I have ever seen. Where are the reunion midget squad when you need them? Probably fiddling a snake and not in the good way.sgt.null wrote:do you watch movies? because I am a mod there now.Ananda wrote:My eyes are bleeding from the thought of the sight of the sound of the scent of the thought of Nullo modding me if I happen to take up cartoons or comic books as a hobby. Congratulations, Sarge!!!
Love that you include the history of your time on the Watch, with ...some... of the gory details!

"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."

Re: I am a Mod!
I get no respect. Sure, I said that modding you is a sign that the Watch has truly jumped the shark. And maybe I didn't stress much the first option of "make him a mod or ban him," and yeah, I'd probably move this post if I was still the mod. But still, two years at least I've been saying there's not really a valid reason not to let you be a mod.sgt.null wrote:I thank whoever argued for me. I suspect other than Luci and Jenn ... "It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

thank you Syl. I always got the feeling you really weren't a fan of mine. bygones being that... a hug?
linna - thank you! for better or worse I have stuck here for ten years. I do really want the Watch to continue until a very long time from now. I hope that I can do my part to make that happen.
I really do love this place and almost everyone who has passed through here.
