Any inscription would need to be very small; might I also suggest simply:Unbeliever. It's both a tribute to the character as well as a description (sort of) of those who wear it.
It'd be kind of neat to have The Leper Fairy inscribed on mine since that's been my nickname for so long, but I don't suppose they could do different engravings for wholesale price.
