Relaxed.

Just spent three hours down at the beach with Son of Seareach. He had a fantastic time (we found crabs, baby shrimps, starfish, gooey stuff on a rock that I thought was goo but then it started moving around like a big flat slug...cool!). He didn't want to come home but I was HUNGRY!

Lore, have a coffee or twenty (that always seems to help me! :P )

A little bloated from some Taco Bell last night but not regretting it. My health seems to be at its highest plateau yet. I need less exercise than ever to keep my weight down, as long as I moderate.

Still, no whitewashing: will have to work hard nearly every day of my life to keep my genes and metabolism from conspiring to make me obese.

Thrilled.
My niece was on "The Price Is Right" today.
Her friend was called up to contestants row to bid and the camera kept panning to my niece constantly.
I'm related to a national T.V. celeb!
Have you hugged your arghule today?

Relaxed. Just got home from work and having a sandwich for dinner. Afterwards, I'll read from my new book Augustus a biography on the first Roman Emperor written by Anthony Everett who's last book was a very good biography about Cicero.

I am in pian.

I had a cracked molar, well not so much cracked, as about a third of it got vhipped off.
Other than the annoyance of having to constantly pick food out of it, it didn't really bother me too much.

but then a couple of weks ago, it just started throbbing and paining. I was hoping it would go away, but it just got worse, I finally broke down and made a dentist appointment, I wanted him to pull it, but since he was also my othidontist for many years, h didn't want to ruin the stright teeth that he had given me. Also he has changed his billing practicves to "Cash Up Front"...which I didn't have; so he offered to put a temporray filling in it for free, as long as I came back soon to get a regular cleaning and get the Molar xrayed to see what he can do.

Well now, it's all swollen up undernieth it so much, I'm wondering if it's absesced...and I'm contimplating just cutting where it's swollen with a needle or something just to releive the pressure.

Please don't do this. . . it could release all sorts of bacteria into your bloodstream and you could end up being really sick! If you need to, go to an urgent care or an ER for pain meds/anitbiotics, and then get an appointment with the dentist. I would also try explaining to your dentist that you don't have the money up front, but ask if you can make a down payment and pay it off in installments.

I'm sorry I can't offer any better advice. . .
