The book is scheduled for publication on 16 April 2007.
I don´t think it will be such a great seller (no rival für the least Harry Potter and perhaps neither for SRD), because the story is known, therefore something more for the hardcore Tolkien-fans

Trust me this book will sell BIG. There are billions upon billions of "hardcore Tolkien fans" ever since the movies came out.
