The Uss Thall has been charged with research and developement exploration in Sectors 1 through 16 of the Beta quadrant. She is a 'pathfinder' vessel, searching out and trying to make new discoveries to light the way for following Starfleet vessels.

Starfleet is once more looking to help worlds who are asking them for it and the chance for such diverse and universal sharing is now upon us. The Uss Thall is part of this exciting new developement and is looking for you to come and join them help those in need.
