Yay! I'm honored. Can't wait to read everybody else's efforts! Khaliban, the title of your story is particularly intriguing...

Well, I'm still thrilled that I made it into the first one!!!

Looks like no luck w / II, but I will have more submissions for III.

Congratulations to all who made it in. I sincerely look forward to getting to read everybody's submissions.

I too enjoyed your story in the 1st Anthology, but Anthology III submitting is right around the corner. :-) If it makes you feel any better my story wasn't selected either. I plan to polish it up and include it in my next short story collection so it won't go to waste. ;)

I have a question, and I'm too lazy to see if it's answered elsewhere:

Who all comprised the KW Anthology II Selection Team? Not that I want to torch your houses or anything...just interested. Yes! Despite can act out of genuine, honest interest!

Alynna, Murrin and I made up the Selection Team this time around.

Here is a status report.

Finalized:
Best In Show
Ghostblood
Let's Make a Deal
The Mendacious Gland

Rewriting:
Loremaster had a new idea for The Machine Kingdom

In Editing:
Braddock Pines

I haven't read Voyage yet, and I won't be doing any editing on the poetry. That's everything. I'd agree that we are on schedule.

Well rewriting the ending - still not happy with it - and some of the dialogue.

I wish I could take credit for it, but it's from the short story "The Ugly Chickens" by Howard Waldrop. I read it on the SCI FICTION archives.

Ummm. . you are looking right at a person with a B.A. in English Literature. . who might be persuaded (quite easily, I might add) to have a read-through of your story for grammar issues. :D

You know how to contact me if the idea suits your fancy. :D

<----------- OOOoooh. . . My 777th post! Yay!
