Who do you think has the best username that was derived from a work of Steven R. Donaldson's?

"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Dandelion don't tell no lies
Dandelion will make you wise
Tell me if she laughs or cries
Blow away dandelion

I'm afraid there's no denying
I'm just a dandelion
a fate I don't deserve.

This is another one where it doesn't seem right to award the same person twice. Any thought on that, Syl?

Well, I too would prefer someone new won each category, but... I don't know. The best is the best, and winning awards consecutively is its own badge. And then you have to consider how far back you want to keep track. Not a problem now, but in a few years...

I'd also like to see every nominee win an award, rather than one person winning three and someone else winning none (easy enough to do last year when everyone PM'd me their ballots), but unless you really want to take an interventionist approach... I think you just have to let things go how they'll go (says the control freak).

I nominate Rocksister. It's Chronicley, it's original, it's '06, it's clever, and it's cute.

- and it's dang hard to do all of the above at once when there are 1200+ members who went first!

Suck up.
I have learned a lot in the Modern Art of words.

Poetry is the Art of words, random is the modern art.
