Zombie Apocalypse!
I'm going to write up a forum game involving a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies. It's set in a city, and the game is more survival/horror. If anyone's interested, please reply.

I am a big fan of post-apocalyptic fiction. Stencil me in.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

I have no idea what a "forum game" is but if there's zombies involved I'm love to be involved.

I think they're usually about room temperature.

Is it going to be in the Romero type of universe?
ala ALL dead people come back (like people dead from 50 years ago rising from graves?
or Dawn-of-the-dead remake ala: you have to be bitten to be infected type of universe?
If we're taking votes I prefer the Dawn 2004 remake universe myself.

Or better yet, Shaun of the Dead. I like to grab a pint or two at the pub before caving in the skulls of the undead, myself.

Possibly time it so it doesn't intefere. Maybe the turns happen midweek.Vadhaka wrote:I'm interested of course. But are we gonna run it concurrently with the Pantheon?
Thanks for the interest, people. I'll start writing the rules up soon. I don't want the game to be too complex, I might add. Just alot of fun.

Ever since I have played Res Evil 4, Zombies have become old hat... it is now about people with parasites in their heads. In the new Res Evil 5, the zombies are meant to be able to talk and run really fast. Even so, this game looks interesting. I am in, I guess.

Nothing to forgive and there is no need to say sorry, just game tension(which can happen in most games... RISK)Queea, i would be glad for you to take part. And I hope there are no hard feelings between us over pantheon.
I am wondering how this game works.
I think this should be the zombie -->
