It be there, I care not of the other great book Above.

A couple of months ago, Joy submitted North Star for the Epic Awards (aka the EPPIEs). They are awarded to e-books for outstanding achievements in e-publishing and writing.
Today I got word from Joy that North Star is a finalist in the Fantasy section!
This is a great Christmas gift... The winners will be announced in March during the EPICon in Portland, so now I'm keeping fingers crossed!

Wow! That's a great name. If you hadn't been a writer you would almost have to have been an actor with a name like that.

I seriously thought, nobody's parents are cool enough to name them that, it must be a pen name.
And the cooler the pen name the worse the real name must be so that would have put you somewhere around the range of
Arnold Horace Flintfanny....

Come on, at least imagine a crappy Italian name rather than a crappy American one... that'd fit better with my nationalityCameraman Jenn wrote:I seriously thought, nobody's parents are cool enough to name them that, it must be a pen name. And the cooler the pen name the worse the real name must be so that would have put you somewhere around the range of

Well I would but everything sounds good when it's spoken in Italian. At least to American women.... especially to me.

Wait, I got one!
Vito Rudolpho Pignatelli
and Pammy, it's not buttering him up for the game, I seriously thought that.
Of course when you grow up in the US as one of six Jennifers in your school year, four of which are also Jennifer Lynn just as you are, it may skew your view on cool names a bit.

I put that in the Italian to English translator on dictionary.com and it gave me "This is a copy glue but."

Heehee!
Of course a guy could be whispering the Italian for "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberry, I fart in your general direction..." and I would still be giggling like a school girl and batting my eyelashes at him.

You mean "tua madre era un porcellino d' India e tuo padre puzzava di sambuco. Scoreggio più o meno nella tua direzione..."?Cameraman Jenn wrote:Heehee!
