Current Games

Post by Xar »

The current games in Gravin Threndor are:

Turn Based

Pantheon by Xar, in which players take on the roles of deities of a fantasy world.

Acropolis by Syl, a deity game set in a single city.

Inferno by Goatkiller666, where players are the Princes of Hell.

Prophets by AllMother, where players are mortals in a world of gods, who may become the prophets of those gods if they are worthy.

Traditional Table Top RPGs

Darkwood, by Seven Words, set in the D&D 3.5 RPG.

Vampire: Dark Ages by Goatkiller666, set in the original World of Darkness Vampire & Werewolf RPGs.

Demon: the Fallen by Zxkuqyb, set in the original World of Darkness Demon RPG.

We've got a draft running of an RPG FAQ. Not finalized yet, but there's some good basic info there.

As for the games, it's up to each GM to decide when and how players enter into a game, but all three of them are pretty good about it. Go ahead and PM the GM responsible for whichever game you're interested in about joining, and feel free to post in the comments/rules sections for all the games to ask the players for help/advice/whatever.

Feel free to PM me as well.
:D

No worries, I got it.

Removed the 2 inactive D&D games as well. Those forums exist, but they're hidden for now. If they re-start soon, they'll be reactivated, if not, archived.

If Dark Hope is archived, could it be brought back as a forum intact say, in the fall?

...damn, I miss Tänya...

Sure. It just means moving the relevant threads back into a subforum.

Added Valley of Eden, Were Tiger and Dark Hope to the Archive. Any of the mods want to re-activate them, lemme know.

This seems to be as good a place to ask as any. With school almost done for six weeks, I'll have the oppurtunity to participate in this forum...so...how would I begin?

Which of the games interest you?
Darkwood could use more players, if DnD interests you...

Don't know much about DnD, but I'd be willing to give it a shot.

PM the Dungeon Master, Seven Words, and tell him of your interest.
I can vouch that the character of Laurel in that game is learning on the fly as well. Seven is a patient teacher, and writes a good tale. I think you would enjoy it.

As far as I know, all the other games except for Vampire: the Requiem and ehrm...CalvinBall...are currently at their limits. Requiem is currently on hold temporarily, but you can PM Loremaster and express your interest anyway. I'm pretty sure he would be happy to help set you up a character.

If you have interest in any of the other games you can PM all of the game masters and ask to be put on a waiting list.

I look forward to reading of your adventures, in whichever game you join!
