Nice creepy drawing Xar, but I find Montressor's image much more snuggly. That is how I am going to picture Nor Yekith from now on....
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Cortes by dress and armour maybe - though the inspiration was actually Klaus Kinski.Menolly wrote:Nice to have a face with the adventurer.
Who is it he reminds me of? Cortez?
Still can't find the cable for it. That's just a really good digi-cam shot of it.Tawhiri-matea wrote:Did you finally get a scanner? Excellent!

People dance around elders from the Tsou aboriginal tribe after the "Mayasvi" war ceremony in the village of Tefuye in Alishan March 1, 2008. The traditional ceremony to welcome the God of War is the most important festival in the Tsou calendar and is also a coming-of-age rite for boys, which helps the tribe honour and affirm their cultural heritage. The dance after the ceremony will last 12 hours till morning.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”
