Hot Sauce Recommendations

For those of you that like the vidalia onion hot sauce, my wife loves this stuff:

Wllie Nelson's Blazin' Rectums. I saw this at a truck stop in TN. Didn't buy it though.

Ex, at my house we call the sauce in your first pic "tongue out." I like it with noodle dishes, but not Mexican or as an everyday hot sauce. It actually says tuong ot on the bottle. Wonder what that means in Vietnamese.

I found a new everyday hot sauce that I love. Red Devil.

I don't like it in chili, but I like it on everything else I've tried it on/in.

We recently went to VA for a weekend and stopped in a local hot sauce store that is a must-do whenever we're down there. ("The Sauce Shoppe").

We picked up some Speedy's #44 and some Palo Alto Fireman's Pepper Sauce, and some Dave's Habanero Chili powder in case we ever need to kill someone.

Haven't really tried these yet.

But there's nothing more confounding than being in a store that's wall to wall hot sauce. They usually have a few samples to try, but there's like 10,000 other ones! How to decide ...

A friend of mine brought me this from a trip over to the USA. I enjoyed it pretty much.
