US: One birth every 8 seconds one death every 11 seconds

www.census.gov/population/www/popclockus.html

When I first logged onto the link above I was only interested in an estimate of the current population of the U.S. but then something hit me that I found disturbing...

Could you imagine watching this happen second by second for an hour or a day or even a year. Every 8 seconds watching a new birth but then every 11 seconds watch someone die in all the possible ways that might happen.
I thank God that in reality this is simply impossible to watch because I'd lose my mind after about 10 minutes.

how did you come up with the 10 minute time limit for losing your mind? was it a controled experiment?

That was a guess. In reality I'm guessing it would be a far shorter period of time...perhaps -43 years.

In Serbia, there are 250 000 abortions a year! Serbia has only 6 000 000 people living in it! That's a scary thing. Population in Serbia is reducing by 50 000 a year!
Serbian epic poem:
"...Zeman došo, valja vojevati,
Za krst časni krvcu proljevati
Svako svoje sa pokaje stare..."
"...The time has come,
It's time to battle
To spill our blood for The Holy Cross,
To avenge our elders..."

That's too bad, Lord.trax. I remember hearing a few years ago that Denmark is facing shortages in their workforce due to abortions as well.
