No, that's when he's going to start writing A Dance with Dragons.
Roach trotted over to sniff at the gleaming phlegm, then licked it up.

She's an interesting choice for sure. I think I like it!

I'm only about halfway through the first book, but yeah, I think she'd make a great choice. Not sure how she'll look as a blond though :)

I think she will look good as a blonde and she does have huge green eyes. I liked her in the Sarah Connor Chronicles and I think she has the ability to play Cersei well.

I am so excited for this, I've been babbling about it for months now; much to the dismay of my husband and friends (I'm such a nerd).

I think the casting direction has been spot on for this. I was a tad skeptical about Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, but after watching the video GRRM posted on his blog, I'm convinced. Lena Headey will make a terrific Cersei, I think; she was Queen Gorgo in 300, too.

Shooting for the pilot is finished!

I noticed that other fantastic casting choices were not listed here...

Jason Momoa from Stargate Atlantis as Khal Drogo
Ian McNeice as Illyrio Mopatis
Ron Donachie as Sir Rodrik
Rory McCann as Sandor Clegane

Now we just have to wait for an air date...
