Oh, we GOT it. We just didn't want to dignify it with a response.

heh...

...right...

*said the guy who goes by the moniker of "lead pipe"*

Anyway, I settled on my mare's name.

In memory of whom I consider was the most beautiful of Laurel and Hardy's female co-stars, Anita Garvin, my mare shall be named Garvin. :D

Can we get an exact breakdown of these, please? I was thinking it was "some but not a lot" but... multiple bags, overflowing... and a chest of gold. That's pushing into the "a lot" range, even split six ways.

We'll need to get the necklace appraised and sold. Diplomacy check, anyone? Might be worth just holding onto, and selling later. It's probably actually smaller than any amount of money we could get for it, so it's more portable.

Also, someone should remind Jauron that he owed Marrik some cash (though Marrik would probably just donate it to charity anyway... let's accept the cash on his behalf, and donate it to the communal party coffers).

Ha, Ha, Ha! As for the Diplomacy, what for?

...Well, if you're a scout, you've probably seen the haggle use in Complete Adventurer, I suppose...

...I'm probably the best person to do that, which is basically what I was saying in character.

OK, apparently neither I not anyone else saved the PM I sent with the exact numbers from the treasury in Big Blue....and my toddler took a crayon to my notebook...best guess, I THINK (so we'll make this official) there is 2,000 Silver Bushels..and in the small chest 600 Great Blades. That's to be split between you guys, Marrik, Sky, and Darak (and for simplicity's sake,we'll say that's left AFTER the Generic Caravan Guard Prisoners get their cut).

So...7 people.

That is 285 SB and 85GB each with 5 of each kind left over.

Since Laurel and I picked up free mounts and the rest of the party didn't, I suggest that she and I each donate 50GB to be split between the rest. (75GP for a horse, plus saddle, etc.) That way we can all be mounted. We're going to need speed, I think.

Laurel may be good,
but she is also chaotic!
...grumble...

n00b question:
What's the point of being quick on the draw and acting on an opportunity if one has to reciprocate later?

...fine...

100 more GBs, 50 each from Led and Laurel, added to be split between Beau, Vyn, Marrik and Skyseeker. I am assuming since Darak is leaving the party to rally the clans, that he would not be included in the split. 25 more GBs for each of you...

Marrik has a nice warhorse. He just had no one to bring it to him like Ellys brought hardy.

So, 3-way split for horses.

If we add in the 5 left over from the chest to the three-way split, it becomes an even 35 for each of us in addition to the amount split among the entire party.

Laurel is played by my Mom, and I would appreciate it if you kept anything really mature private, please!

Well...
...just cause she is used to it around fellow performers does not mean a non-performer might evoke slightly different reactions when she stops to realize who she is speaking to.

...and Vyn...

think Tänya and Renard, OK?
That's been handled acceptably, yes?

Um... It's not the weekend anymore...

...And it's been a full day...

...Isn't this what happened when the first two DnD games shut down?
