OK Fist.
You know you were the pusher who finally got me out of lurker status and started on these games.
...yes, it is all your fault...
(along with Av, Stone, and Xar, not to mention others)

And the same with Furls...
Now it's time for you to indoctrinate Brooke...

LOL!!! Well if the "leader" of the game doesn't know how to play, then I guess it's hit or miss...hehehe

And Fisty was talking to Mom this morning and he mentioned this to her, and she mentioned it to me. So, he's still pushing these silly games...hehehehe
For Myles--
When evening shadows and the stars appear
And there is no one to dry your tears
I could hold you for a million years
To make you feel my love

For Mom--
Did you ever know that you're my hero,
and everything I would like to be?
I can fly higher than an eagle,
for you are the wind beneath my wings.

Fly...fly high against the sky...
Thank you, thank you, thank God for you
The wind beneath my wings

Pretty much.
As balon! said in the "guidelines," he and the players are going to make it up as they go along. Go ahead and jump in feet first! balon! will guide you if needed, as he also says in that post...

Any deadlines?? :D

Midnight in what time zone on the 10th?
As he rushed to quench his thirst,
A fountain spring appeared before him
And as his heated breath brushed through the cool mist,
A liquid voice called, "Son of gods, drink from my spring".

The water tasted strangely sweet.
Behind him the voice called again.
He turned and saw her, in a cloak of mist alone
And as he gazed, her eyes were filled with the darkness of the lake.

*shrug*

Actually it could.
If Lore is playing, since he lives in the future "midnight on the 10th" would be close to a full day ahead of "midnight on the 10th" for balon. I seem to recall deadlines were missed because of such misunderstandings in Borderlands. Best to hash time zones out now, eh?

GMT is fine.

Hey Men: how do I do that Gmail trick thing with adding accounts? I can't find the post where you explained it.

Once you have a gmail account, for instance: cho's is heartoftheflame@gmail.com, you add "+<user name>" between the account name and the @ sign. So Agapé's in Aesir email reads: heartoftheflame+Agape@gmail.com. Special characters don't work.

Does that help?

Where should we email to find out where to send the private submissions? Or would PM for that be better?
*sorry*

I meant MY email will be posted soon.
Haha.

All first turn players have three PP's to start with. They earn the usual one per turn with everyone else. These can be saved for as long as they wish.

He probably means he will soon provide the email for where to send Private Submissions.

I don't understand about the PP's. We all have, eh, a PR of 1, but we get a bonus of 2 PP's to start? And which can be saved - just the 2 bonus, or any PP we ever get?

It sounds as if the players all have equal growth, so no one player is more influential than another, other than through their own thriftiness via saving their PPs for a single event. I assume by what the PathFinder posted that any and all PPs will be perpetual until spent.

I do think some sort of reward, whether additional PPs or being featured in a journal log entry (similar to the Overfiend's Notebook), or something for exceptional submittals, whether public or private, or role playing should be considered. But do agree such wouldn't be necessary.

PathFinder, one thing you say in the guidelines is that "the ultimate goal is open to the imagination." I love that; it allows the players to concentrate on storytelling and world building. But, should the game stagnate at any time, will you give the occasional boost in plot? I look forward to the map, so I can visualize where everything is happening.

Correct. After a few turns, if the game has advanced enough that One PP/turn is too slow, I'll ramp it up to two or three

Yes. I've got some things set aside, along with a map, for later on. But I think you guy have got it covered for now.

OK, so we all have equal growth. An interesting alternative, for sure. Still, am I understanding right? We each get 1 PP each turn; we each get an extra 2 for Turn 1; and we can save any PP we get as long as we want?

I can not speak for table top campaigns, but all of the DnD ones run here in Gravin Threndor that I have taken part in have worked that way pretty much. At least, we have all leveled up at the same time.

*nodding*

That's how I understand it, as I stated above.
Keep in mind though, once spent, they are not replaced the next turn. That's different from DRP in Pantheon and Aesir.

I will probably lurk on this one because although I would love to play, I fear I just don't have the time.
