ANTHOLOGY 4 HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL JANUARY

Post by aTOMiC »

Due to a variety of circumstances we've decided to push back Anthology 4 for 2 months until after the holiday season. In January we will resume the selection process with an eye on publication sometime in March.
This delay should give the authors that were struggling with the previous deadline a chance to perhaps complete their work and submit for inclusion.
The delay will also give our selection committee all the time it needs to review the existing entries so as to be ready when additional stories and poems are ready for review.

If you have any questions respond here or feel free to PM me.

Thanks,

aTOMiC

And might I suggest that November would be a *perfect* time to work on an anthology submission, as it's National Novel Writing Month. Folks who don't want to commit to 50K words of a novel could commit to a lesser number of words of a short story or two. Just a thought.... ;)

Are we allowed two? I am pretty sure I can finish my next story by then if it will help flesh out content...

You are welcome to submit as many stories, poems and dirty lymricks as you like. There are no restrictions beyond the ones imposed by common sense. Flooding the selection team with hundreds of submissions is allowed but discouraged. :-)

You can submit as many as you want. :) We like poetry, too. :) :)

In the absence of a formal "secondary" deadline, I shall have mine in by the middle of December.

I've read a few submissions. It wouldn't be fair to say anything specific, especially since I haven't talked with the others on the submission team, but so far nothing has stood out as being horrible......

Null (or anybody who's paying attention), if you have something, send it in now, before we get cooking on this.
