Vader for his Ragu bolognese recipe (there are so many I could nominate of his, but this is one I actually made and it was sensational).

I know it's mine but I think it's awesome and I think rdhopeca was going to try to make it.
I nominate HLT's Porkgasm recipe. Looks great but sigh.........There should be a category "Recipes we WISH we could eat". Especially with grilled onions. Well, I can eat the grilled onions.
