trying out some riddles

Post by Lord Zombiac »

I'm trying to start a LARP offshoot of Amtgard... one of the character classes you can play is the Sphynx-- a non fighting class designed for older, handicapped, or pregnant players.
You get certain abilities and other players must guess your riddle.
Here's one I got from a riddle book:
What is next in sequence:
"abominable."
Here's one I made up:
A= 1370
F= 87.9
What is the missing letter?

I'll have to ponder the second...but for the first, I'd say the next is to use a free action to drop prone, cuz when a bomb in a bull goes off, people can get hurt.

Something to do with radio stations? the am/fm digits look like it...but I'm not sure I get it.

and no, I can't guess the exact next word...unless it's BOOM, or DUCK!
