Favourite Parts of A New Hope

What are your favourite parts of this film? One of mine is when Han comes and help look destory the Death Star.

The opening sequence was pretty impressive. Right away we knew we weren't in for "just another" sci-fi flick.

I was always impressed by the opening too. The Star Destroyer, endlessly plunging down from top of the screen was amazing. When Vader is holding crewman annonymous up by the throat and then crushes his neck with a sickening crunch.

He didn't really have to ask any questions. He just wanted to kill someone with his bare hands. Anakin became pretty foul.

I like the part when Vader uses the Force to choke that arrogent gyt in the meeting about whether to run the Death Star.

I know, it's funny. I find myself thinking of the word underpants when that sentence, and I really have no idea why.

I am familiar with the "underpants" thing. I thought "Jockstrap" was funnier.

Where's the underpants thing come from? I've forgotten. I'm certain there's a reason. I think it might have something to do with KW, for some reason.

I'm not sure I know the original source, but it was the topic of a discussion thread here. Replace key words in phrases with "underpants" to create something hilarious.
