So, as many of you have already noticed, the forum exists. I moved the threads from GT Talk over to here, as well.
It's May 6th today. My previous commitment was to get all of the pre-game stuff flushed out before the beginning of June, and then to set the first deadline for June 13th. After that, I have until July 3rd to finish processing the turn.
Anybody out there with skillz at making maps? We'll need 10 of them shortly.

I spent a few hours today working on an initial pass of rules for Inferno. I'm reviewing it now, to make sure I'm not giving away too much. I should post it later tonight, or perhaps tomorrow.
My hope is that those wishing to play will be able to take that and start working out initial character ideas. In fact, my hope is that developing your characters is something that can be done once the game is started. This will hopefully mean that we need not delay the start of the game for people to get last-minute character stuff sorted out.
But don't worry. I haven't totally forgotten about the Watch. Even if I've been gone a lot, recently.

Stonemaybe (must make a point of realizing that you're not the same as Stone Magnet, and be sure not to just call you Stone): there's room. I've had a lot of vague interest, but things aren't yet settled firmly. Be welcome.
Iblis: what's wrong with this?
Everyone: there was a point that I had in mind while writing up that first pass at the rules, but that I didn't come right out and say (I'll go back and do so now, but wanted to point it out here as well). The event just recently happened. The changes resulting from it are not fully understood. Also, the specific nuances of how harvesting, sin, and souls returning to Heaven work... nobody knows.
I got some offline requests for details about how the harvesting of Sin works in detail, because the players wanted to better understand it OOC. And my answer is: you don't know. There's onlly been enough time since your characters became aware of time for them to have only a very general idea.
So yes, I've been intentionally vague in some places, to reflect how fresh all of this is.

Okay, so... I guess except for the maps, I'm done with all the rules. Any holes that are left, we'll call that stuff you don't know yet, and invite you to go explore.
So then, we're scheduled to start the actual game next Monday. I'd hoped to get a final count of who's interested enough to actually play. Would people mind announcing (either by posting here, or sending me a PM) their firm intent to join up?
