Was promised some in-forum interaction by Brand, and want to wait to see what turn that takes before submitting, if it ever happens...

Am going out of town tomorrow evening though, so if the interction doesn't happen by morning, will compose and submit my turn before I leave.

Hey allmommy, can you update the stats and the map in the front post of the world / events thread? It still says I have 5pp. My pp is WAY bigger than that, now.

Erm... is there a legend for the map? I'm not sure which of those pale blobs are the city. Or are any of them?

I had asked the same thing awhile ago.
Legend is on the map in the Map thread.

At least we have a map, simple as it is, unlike some other games.

Since we're not on Earth, I can't really get away with using this in game, so thought I would share this here...

However, I don't know how accurate the quote is. Was physics around in Plato's time?

That's a great turn! A lot more happened than I expected, and lots of really nice detail. Great job! :D

So, I hear the sea god is blaming me for messing up his water. Trash, too much sewage, chemicals I could understand, but... A bit of healing water? I should also say that not only did I just discover it (I mean, sure, as a player I created it, but... And then again, I've been led to believe that someone else may have created it, so... dunno), I discovered it in the groundwater, not the river itself. The soil plays a role in its strength. Guess I should've gone for an aquifer.

Suppose that means it's my responsibility to take him down. Anybody want to lend me a hand? I have 5 DP to put toward it. I'm thinking a kind of pyroclastic flow heading downstream. Would probably alter the course of the river, but...
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Nah, he's not only blaming you, from what I understand.

My measly 1 DP won't do much, and I would much prefer a diplomatic route, if there is one. Besides, it sounds as though I need to arrange protection for the Hall this turn...
