I'll confess something: Part of why it's taken me this long is because certain map changes are a real bitch to pull off in Autorealm, and I kept putting it off because I didn't want to have to make the changes that happened this turn. Sorry about that.
Just, ah, imagine there's a brown line running along the old course of the western river, ok? The river was all one solid line from the cliff, and I couldn't change just part of it. That's why the left half has changed shape a little, too. Also imagine that the eastern and central bits are drying up.

Turn is done. Finally. Some interesting things happening.
A note on follower numbers - I've honestly been a bit flimsy on these so far. This turn I've bumped up Azathaerlth's follower count to be more in line with what's actually gone on in game. I honestly haven't been bearing the specific numbers in mind when doing the turns, just going on what I know is happening around, and I don't think I've been reflecting reality in the stats well enough. With the conversion of the nomad camp over several turns this idol's number should have been higher already.
The bump means the Faith:Follower ratio for Azathaerlth is a little better, too.
This won't affect gameplay.
