Ok, big GT restructure, and it's all the fault of Goat and my weak will.

Graven Threndor is now a category, with sub-forums of active and archived games and stuff.

If I'm in trouble with the other admins, it could all vanish in the blink of an eye.

Alternatively, maybe we'll think about restructuring the rest of the place a little again.

Or maybe we will have peace on earth in our lifetime. ;)

Mostly my OCD, and my unwillingness to interact with archived games that were no longer part of GT. So I had GT promoted! Yay for OCD.

But I think this is a better structure for my part of the world, anyway.

Hmmm...I don't know as I should be encouraging this unnatural separation from the Watch. How the hell did you end up here anyhow?

Maybe I should scatter the forums through other sections...

Whatever happened to that plan to make the index page less cluttered?

Me thinks SevenWords can claim responsibility for that...

Speaking of unnatural separation, there's this whole other site I paid for and set up, just so I could move a couple of the games away from the Watch.

In hindsight, I should have called it GravinThrendor.com.

I forgot about that. :D (Or at least, that that was the objective of the discussion. :D )

It was twofold: To reduce the length of the index page, and to move activity from lots of small inactive forums into fewer, more active ones.

Just because they're hidden doesn't mean you wouldn't be able to access them. The writers circle is hidden.

After giving it some time, I don't think the new organization is working for me. If I may offer some suggestions, I'd move the active games to the top and just call it games and move GT talk back into it and call it discussion. Title the archive Archived Games. Delete the GM dungeon.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Since I was in the control panel anyway and Goat mentioned it too, it's done or close enough.

Look better? Is the dungeon pointless?
