Nominations and seconds will be open until March 1st.
Watchers may nominate or second one Watcher, thread or post (and only one) for each category.
A nomination must be seconded for it to advance to the voting stage.
Each nomination should be for a post or thread created in 2012, or for a Watcher based on their contribution to Kevin's Watch during 2012.
Nominations for posts and signatures should include a quote of the post or signature, and nominations for threads and art should include a link to the thread or art.
Nominations for Watchers should include a brief summary explaining why they are being nominated.
Former winners of the Watcher of the Year award are ineligible for nomination for the same award. The previous winners of Watcher of the Year are:

2010 - Cameraman Jenn, David Williams (the Watcher previously known as Lord Foul)

Please keep all discussion other than the reason for a nomination by the originating nominator out of the nomination threads and in the discussion thread. Thank yous and appreciation for nominations also belong in the discussion thread.

This has been said every year, so I didn't think it needed repeating (silly me): you cannot nominate or second yourself. As with last year's, you may do so once in one category only ( if you really think there's a good reason for it). It will count as your nomination or second for that category.
