I said thanks in another thread, but thanks again and congratulations to all the nominees!

Congratulations to all of the winners this year! There're a lot of members who deserve recognition for their contributions. The Watchies fulfill some of that need, but I daresay not all. Keep up the good work.

As far as the WotY goes ... thanks ever so much, everyone. I am quite sure that, had there not been a long list of exclusions, the result would be different. Nevertheless, I appreciate this gift, and the spirit in which it was given. I want to honor my givers in return, and the best way to do that seems fairly obvious: keep contributing, of course. (Lately, that's been a losing battle against RL.) That, and expressing appreciation when I should.

Someone recently bumped the 'first post' thread. I was reminded how mine said, "Don't look for lots of posts from me." Little did I know.
