What do the Haruchai look like?

I try to picture what the Haruchai look like based on SRD's descriptions in his books - flat-face, etc., but I find myself wondering what existing Earthly race the look like. Has SRD ever addressed this? Do they look Asian? Native American?

I always think of them as Tibetan.. you know flat features and i think Tibets got alot of mountains so maybe thats where he got some of his inspiration from
