Best Comic Book run?

I have read several good runs in a particular comic, that stood out from every thing else being published at the time. What was your favourite? I have about 20 myself, but I'll limit my choice to my favourite one: The Warlock saga that went from Strange Tales 178- 182, Warlock 9-15, and ended in Marvel 2-in-1 annual 1 & Avengers annual 7.

Avengers 164-166. I've never had a series of comics strike me quite the same way.

I assume you mean the Claremont/Bryne run from Uncanny X-men 125-138. Great run.

they weren't bad at all but I haven't bent over backwards to get them all. Maybe McFarland has tainted himself in my mind with work he's done since then.
