Baristino Coffee; Syphon brewed
Baristino is pretty interesting. It's a rather stereotypical Italian-style espresso blend, medium roasted, whole bean, with a significant proportion of Robusta, like some of Lavazza's blends. Very mild in acidity, with a somewhat chocolatey finish. Bold but crude, packed with caffeine, and yet smoother than one might expect. Price is right, though. $12.99 for a 1 kg (2.2 lbs) at Rural King.
