Have you ever watched it? What did you think of it. I loved it... But that's me...

I love se7en. It's very hard to find a good horror movie in the strict sense of the word. They're not easy to watch. A movie that leaves you with that cold, sick feeling has done it's job well. :(

Loved the Movie, think Morgan Has been awesome in every performance including, Easy Reader. And Bringing Bradd pitt in on it was just icing on the cake.

Never read the book. Always wondered if it was more detailed, especially with the ending.
Yes I guess we can all just get along !

I thought the ending was probably the best I've seen.

Yes a truly well done movie. This and Silence of the Lambs make an awesome double header.

Wow, I'm gonna disagree. I thought the build up was good & the use of gore was actually useful to the storyline. The end was good but entirely predictable and although Kevin's character is intelligent I found it to be simply not enough after all that build up. I watched it once and I'll never watch it again. Two stars. I'm a tough critic.

Yeah, my wife totally saw the ending coming, though I didn't. She kept saying that Gwynneth Paltrow's character was meant for something, and it probably had to do with one of the remaining sins, so she predicted Envy.

Even with her predictions, I was blown away by it :)

Easily Fincher's best film.

It works on so many different levels, the performances are spectacular, and above everything, it's a damn good crime story.

With the exception of Brad Pitt. I think he's a great actor now, but I could tell that he hadn't quite found his groove yet at the time.

Oh I disagree. Pitt played the incredulous young rookie perfectly well. This film was made after Legends of the Fall, and I'd say he was perfectly in stride for that movie.

I'd go as far as to say that the period beginning with LotF and ending with Spy Game was Pitt's golden age. He made some great, risky films, and was awesome in them all.

Yeah, LOVE him in 12 Monkeys. An underrated sci-fi classic.

You know, when we finally watched 12 Monkeys, I wasn't that impressed with it.

Yeah, Pitt was nutty - but the whole film felt like a half-hearted effort to me.

I know what you mean, it's kind of like, wow I love this movie, but I can only give it 7 or 8 out of 10 at imdb.
