We're almost halfway through the season 2 dvd's. It amazes me how a tv show can be so ludicroulsy contrived, and yet so entirely enthralling....

It's great. The first series is an absolute classic, and the second is like the first distilled. It's more dramatic, more tense and much more rediculous.

I was hoping that the third series would move back down to a more personal scale, after the global scale of the second. Alas, it looks like it's going to be a biochemical attack. I just hope they can write it well enough that it still feels fresh.

A. Because proper tea is theft.

I don't know quite what to make of the fact that I'm so enthralled and addicted to a show that, every time there's a new threat to somebody (especially Kim) it's like "Oh puh-leeze! How bad can one day get!" It's totally ludicrous, but at the same time, you can't wait for the next episode... 8O

The thing is, you can't really pick it up halfway through. It's so involved.

I've only seen season 1, but I really enjoyed it. I missed 2 because I was at a busy time in my life, and I'm not going to watch 3 til I've seen 2...

Loved the first 2 seasons, although the first is my favorite. I'm waiting for the DVD version of season 3 before I watch that.
