Blackberry Smoke

For those that love southern rock, I hope you listen to Blackberry Smoke. Their music is superb!
It's like these guys were snatched out of time from the 70's (in a good way). There's nothing pretentious or fake about their music. It's all genuine. They're not "mimicking" Southern Rock. They ARE Southern Rock.
Also for my birthday I got tickets to see them in August. Blackberry smoke and the Allman-Betts band. Cant wait.

After that its October for Skynyrd- Big Wheels keep on Turning tour

Gonna be a good end of year of Southern rock!

I kinda dismissed the first couple of links, but got to Restless and couldn't help myself moving along to it :D

I'd happily listen to it them in small doses. They look like great musicians.

Southern Child was originally a Little Richard song. Blackberry Smoke does it justice.
