No, not that Pantheon, this one. It's animated, apparently based off of the short stories of Ken Liu, who's been on my to read list for years. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, and it deserves it. It's very well written, especially if you're into themes like post-humanity, AI, etc., and doesn't use spectacle to keep you from noticing its flaws, which really makes me wonder why they went animated in the first place. Other than a few 'in the Matrix' kind of scenes, it's almost entirely character and writing driven.
I'm hoping there's another season or two coming, maybe in which they'll deal with the consequences of the story, as we all might have to some day.

Pantheon
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

i've had this with actors before, on the set,
where they get upset about the [size of my]
trailer, and i'm always like...take my trailer,
cause... i'm from Kentucky
and that's not what we brag about.
