If you ever wanted to pay $171 for a signed copy of Lord Foul’s Bane, here’s your chance.

Tempting though that sounds, I'll just stick with my signed TPTP.

But it’s furnished in rich Corinthian leather FF, you can smell the luxury.

MTC, Ricardo Montalbán was not on my bingo card for who your "man behind the curtain" would turn out to be.

The Grim Oak Press illuminated editions of LFB, TIW, and TPTP that Menolly has graced me over the years are exquisite and treasured, but not worth what they cost someone of limited means. Accepting a gift honors the giver, and I'd not willingly do otherwise than honor her choices.

By attending signings in the old days and Elohimfests in the last dozen years, all my conventional first editions are SRD-signed...except those since 2014.

What I actually read (and reference) are the lesser copies; they read the same and the wear of reading doesn't degrade them measurably.
Love prevails.

Change is not a process for the impatient.

A government which robs Peter to pay Paul, can always count on the support of Paul.

Features include:
Personally signed by Stephen R. Donaldson.
Fully bound in genuine leather.
22kt gold deeply inlaid on the "hubbed" spine.
Superbly printed on acid-neutral paper that lasts for generations.
Sewn pages — not just glued like ordinary books.
Handsome moiré endpages and a satin-ribbon page marker.
Gilded page ends.
Printed and bound in the USA. Imported materials.
Rigorous inspection at every stage ensures adherence to our exacting standards.
Superb craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
I’d wager that Ricardo Montalban—were he not already consigned to eternity—would embrace this edition with noble yet fiery Latin passion.

If only I had the 1977 Cordoba to sit in, enjoying the feel of the Corinthian leather, while reading a luxurious signed leather copy of LFB. "Ahhhhh Kirk... my old friend....."

Sorry... at the end I went off topic

It is still cheaper than the Grim Oak editions. I wonder if they are going to do the other two. A short bookclub sized 8.5 inch LFB sitting alone would ruin the aesthetic of my Donaldson bookshelves.
