Everything he should have been.All around really good. Better than most Superman movies have been. Krypto was excellent, right from the opening scene.
Lex was nasty evil. I was thinking I was glad I didn't have little kids with me.
Guy could actually have been more obnoxious, but he did fine.
Hawkgirl was cold, which is fun.
Superman got to have all-out fights with Ultraman. Nice when he can cut loose. He wasn't the greatest fighter, but we have to accept that Lex's methodology was that good. Good scenes with him flying really fast. The other meta villain, the Engineer, is some serious stuff too!
Lois played by Mrs. Maisel was a pleasant surprise!
And the guest appearance at the end!
