New question:

Who counseled King Joyse to use leniency in responding to the treachery of the Armigite?

The obvious (but wrong) answer, which would get a huge buzzer on Qi, is the Armigite himself.

In actuality, it was Prince Kragen.

In that case, I think it must be Elega!

That leaves Margonal, the current Alend ruler. (I honestly could have sworn it was Kragen, though...)

Absolutely correct, Sanity!
In the Epilogue to Mordant's Need was wrote:[...]the Alend Monarch had counseled leniency; after all, the Armigite's imprecise loyalties had allowed the Alend army to reach Orison intact, with obvious (if unforseen) benefits for both Alend and Mordant.
It's your question, IS!

As a follow-up to dealing with the Armigite's treachery, ultimately King Joyce decided upon the worst punishment of all, which was... What?

This sounds like Eremis especially near end of series where he discovers what he looks like in mirror

This might be pretty easy question but easy questions are allowed :D

When Tor was forming the army to leave Orison what reason did he give for not bringing Terisa?

Very well, Sam.

The Tor's stated reason for why he wasn't bringing Terisa along on the march to Esmerel was I do not take women into battle.
