My husband would be so disapointed if I didn't give a rousing chorus of "Hail to the Victors" - even if they do sort of stink this year (sticks out tongue lovingly at hubbie)

Michigan or Michigan State? Prob State right? My alma mater is the New Mexico Lobos--and even tho they have produced some great players like Robin Cole, Brian Urlacher, Terence Mathis, Jarrod Baxter and David Sloan, they stink 2!

Although they did crack the top 25 they are disappointing.

Notre Dame on the other hand.... damn Boston (?) who beat them and killed the dream.

Hey, the silly little UNM Lobos made it 2 a Bowl--The Las Vegas, whatyamacallit, Bowl! On Xmas day we play the #5 team in the Pac Ten? Whoever that will be...THE Ohio State is prob the best team out there right now...sorry about ND I was pulling 4 them 2...

You know, my sister lived in Boston for a few years before moving on to a bigger and better job elsewhere. Remind me NEVER to tell you what she called the drivers there!

My Northern Illinois Huskies were 40 seconds from the Motor City Bowl.

Sticking to the BCS Bowls my picks are:

Fiesta - Miami - A closer game than the odds would indicate.
Orange - Iowa - This should be the best game to watch.
Sugar - Georgia - FSU is having an off year
Rose - Oklahoma - Can't say I know alot about these teams.

At least ND didn't sneak in.

Willingham did a good job with them this year. Their defense was great, their offense - not so great.

We play UCLA, oddly enuf! They r fast--we may get our butts kicked! But u never kno...Our coach and famous UNM QB Rocky Long was UCLA's defensive co-ord... and w/their coach fired perhaps UCLA will not care, and the Lobos will ROCK!!!???!!! Come on THE Ohio State u can beat Mia!!!!
