GROUP READ

Post by Skyweir »

We should have a group MN read and we can do it for all those who have expressed an interest in doing so ..

Do you want to start concurrently with the TCTC reads .. or wait till the middle of next year??

okey dey!!

we will start right away!!

Start a new thread for discussion of chapters if you want .. lets go chapter by chapter .. its not that long .. and maybe we'll get more out of it re a detailed study of each chapter .. and its achievable .. but if you want more than a chapter just post it ..

A Group read and nobody told me??!!

Post by MsMary »

Hey, you started a group read of MN in mid-Feb and no one told me??!! :x

Cool!!! 8) 8) 8)

Of course, I've gotten so far behind in TCTC group read that I've given up trying to keep up... :p

And I am still working my way through Ursula LeGuin's EarthSea cycle...

But I am always up for a re-read of MN.

Didn't Lady Geni once volunteer to be the group read leader? I think we should at least wait for her, see if she's still willing and able to do it...and even if she can't do it right now, I bet she'd still want to join in! :D

 Monday 10th March

.. plenty of time for the first chapter .. or you wanna discuss 2 chapter instead of a chapter??

.. some of us have already started so its just a matter of agreeing on the date!

.. and how many chapters per discussion ..

I must see if I cannot review the chapter and make some good points.

Although I must say that the first time I read it the book seemed quite boring. I liked A Man Rides Through a lot better though.
