Lady Alif was completely wrong for Thomas Covenant. She's a talented actor and he needs honesty in his partner. Joan scarred him and he fears to trust. Linden hid her heart deep but she was all about honesty.

Funny, much as Linden grew to annoy me in the last Chrons, I never considered myself a
hater. She wasn't worth the effort of hating...and we all know what they say about those who hate...

Come on, you all know it's just some good old fashioned tongue in cheek humor. And if you're going to hate on someone, it might as well be a fictional character who doesn't actually exist.

Haha, indeed! I still love that I can simply say "THOOLAH!" on random SRD Facebook groups and get such a strong reaction.
It's SRD's fault really for creating a character such as Linden who inspired so much hate, haha. Really, she had it coming.
