Just curious as to what people's takes on Jerimiah's bone structure are.
Personally, I think all it is just what J said it was -- a door to let his mind out. Despite Infelice shrieking and vanishing as it activated I don't think it's an Elohim trap/prison.

Worm food?
So the book ends with the sun failing to rise and the stars winking out. Can we take this to mean that the Worm has already devoured all the Elohim (and if so, thank the Creator for that! :)) since it is moving on to other things? Or are the sun and stars linked to the Elohim ? I'd tend to think not...

Touching the Humbled with the blade?
In the final chapter, as TC moves in to kill Joan, he first touches both Clyme and Branl with the flat of the blade of the krill - "touched them both with the inferred possibilities of wild magic". What was the purpose of this?
