Oooops, yeah that was meant to be the other way around, and I DID have Perdon next to Cadwal and Fayle next to Alend...buuut, I suck at West and East and forgot to change them when I swapped over Alend and Cadwal, because I put them on the wrong sides ^^

What makes Mordant's neighbours (Cadwal and Alend) desire Mordant for their own? And bonus points for explaining why each can't have what they desire on their own home soil.
