One big FUBAR of a storm that traveling it's way across the main section of the US. Dumping a half of foot of snow with wind gust up to 100 MPH.
On the southern end a thousand miles away it's causing havoc on that side. Winds , rain, tornados.. the more than usual end of winter stroms..

(We getting some of it now,, winds, rain, tornado warning and hail..)

Doing our best for ya, Sky.

Late last week, it was in the 70s F. Yesterday was blustery and cold. The forecasters were saying we might get snowflakes tonight, but it looks like that's dropped out of the forecast. Yo, weather gods -- it's late March in DC. We're supposed to be done with wintry precipitation now...

Yesterday was high 50's, the day before was 70, today, I have 4 inches of snow in the last 2 hours, and perhaps a foot more might fall.
Spring was 3 weeks ago.

Frosty the fucking snowman is definitely one of the avatars/demons in charge of the 9th circle of hell.

Still sunny and warm here .. I love Autumn .. great weather for working out and about. Moderate temps 18-25C.

Pretty damn awesome. Not looking forward to winter at all.

Totally off-topic, but....
I have this good friend from English undergrad and Grad school, his last name is Balone.
Even after ALL THESE YEARS...every damn time you post [which isn't that often] I get excited cuz I think it's him. But it ain't. I know it ain't. He probably would never come here, probably hate Donaldson [[I think that because when we first became friends he told me that before we were friends, he thought of me as "that guy in Lit classes that says really weird shit about normal books and normal shit about really weird books."]]
