I'll be in NYC Aug 8-10. Most evenings from 5pm on NY time are good for the days after that.

I understand you've organized a few of these in 3D space before.
What are some things we need to know that we don't?

(This is what happens when you get a handful of people, most of whom can neeeevvvvverrr get to go to E-fests saying, "Hey - virtual E-fest sounds like a great idea!)

Also, Av- I updated the whenisgood.net to now offer the weekends of:
Aug 15th
Aug 22nd
Aug 29th

The email about EFest got me over here for the first time in ages.

And I answered the poll. I think an EFest would be fun, but I can't be involved in anything that would be happening over the Jewish Sabbath. (Friday night sundown through Saturday night after dark Maryland USA time.)

I answered the poll. The weekend of the 15th is open. It's not finalized yet but the next two weekends I'll likely be on the road travelling.

I haven't seen the email with the poll for times/dates, but I can make any Saturday evening work, since essentially we're on a self-enforced lockdown of sorts. Someone just let me know when it is and I'll set up in Zoom.

Perhaps are there some other ways to contact people? For example, I get emails for private messages, but apparently didn't get the mass email.

Two main things:
* We decide on a date/time. (should probably make this decision within the next 12-20 hours.)
* Decide how we are going to distribute the Zoom link for the big day.
(b/c I don't think we can just publicly post it. But we want all the Watchers who want to come to be able to.)

Oh; three things:
* Invite everyone. And run me out of (white gold) money. =)

Sarge- It's one of these next 3 weekends:
Weekend of 8/15 or 8/22 or 8/29!

I can already see we won't be able to make a time that fits everyone, (not everyone overlaps!) but I'm excited.
Should be choosing a time later today.
