Missed this topic before it seems, but I agree that it was most likely Drool. Nor do I expect him to reappear in the 3rd Chrons.

What else would one raise from a Wightbarrow, but a Barrow-Wight? ;)

Seriously, could this be similar to certain other animated corpses described elsewhere in the Chrons?

If the Demondim were corpses animated by Vile-spirits plus the power of the then-still-buried Illearth Stone, could TC have inadvertantly have created a sort of super Cavewight Demondim based not on Illearth Stonepower, but wild magic? Just a thought.
