Yeah, that's what I thought too, when I first saw it, Balon. I do recall reading that he hates clowns, and for that reason somehow evolved a clown character, I think. But don't be scared. He's really a nice guy underneath the clown stuff.
By the by, I'm not terrified of clowns or anything, but I definitely do not have a good reaction toward them. I have to be careful when I go places where they are, so I don't scowl at them. There was one at our work picnic last Saturday, and I had to consciously put a smile on my face before I walked by the clown. . . after all, it's not the clown's fault that I have weird issues about clowns. *shrugs*
Its weird how clowns have turned from the classic happy-feelings priducer to the current (for my friends anyway) fear-inducing monsters they are! Darn you Stephen King!

Ah. . . I couldn't remember in what capacity you had developed him. Now it makes a lot more sense. And if I saw you in a haunted house dressed like that, I might scream. And I'm not easily scared.
it is fun and relaxing.
it seems i have a scary voice i sometimes use at work. an officer told me when i stared down an inmate she didn't recognize me.
