Hello all,

I've been a lurker here for about a year, and I've finally gotten up the nerve to post. Just out of curiosity, I wanted to ask about everyone's avatars. It looks like some people make their own. Is this the case? If so, what kind of programs are you using?

It's been several years since I've done any graphics or anything of that nature, so I'm not up to date on what kind of programs and such folks are using.

Duh!

I also wanted to ask what's up with the Phoogle map. Is shows I'm over in Espana or something! How can I fix it?

Many of the avatars are created upon request by a Watcher named Edge. He has a thread where they can be requested in General Discussion.

Edgtars...ger yer fresh Edgtars

He also has his own website, where you can see the Edgtars he created for Watchers, as well as other of his artwork, at www.brianw.co.za/ I think he has a few details of how he creates them on the site.

If you go into your profile, you should be able to move the dot for the phoogle map easily to relocate it.
